Shannon leverages her diverse experience in multi-million dollar complex commercial litigation to represent and advise companies and c-suite executives in crisis situations. In addition to defamation and crisis management, Shannon has represented defendants and plaintiffs in shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty litigation, employment disputes, contract disputes, civil conspiracy claims, and fraud claims.
Shannon has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings and discovery to motions practice, oral argument, trial, and appeal. A talented writer, she has drafted countless successful motions and has secured corrections from national media outlets and trade publications.
Before joining Clare Locke, Shannon worked at a premier commercial litigation firm in south Florida. She also clerked for the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Florida, and handled criminal appeals.
